Rightmove

French and Germany property markets prove popular with UK investors

As growing number of property investors are taking advantage of France’s stable property market and rising residential prices, according toRightmove Overseas.
 
A dramatic rise in French property searches has been recorded on the property portal, with homes in the Midi-Pyrenees, Alpes-Maritimes, Loire Valley and Pays de la Loire showing the greatest growth in demand.
 
However, the majority of property investors are buying homes in Paris, where property price increased by as much as 18% last year, according to the Paris Chamber of Notaries.
